I’m Giving Away Five Copies of My Brand New Lightroom Classic Book Today!

Well, technically we’ll pick the five winners on Monday; announce the winners here on Tuesday, I’ll sign the books and send ’em out no matter where you live. 🙂

What do you have to do for a chance to win one?
Just leave a comment below. That’s it – you’re entered. Just say anything you like (don’t be mean – I have a gut feeling that might disqualify you). 😉  Anyway, that’s it. We’ll pick five winners at random on Monday.

What if you don’t win one, but still want this awesome 2nd edition?
Is there any way to buy it? Thankfully, there is. Rocky Nook (the book’s publisher) has them in stock right now. Amazon has the Kindle eBook version right now for around $13 (crazy cheap), but the new copies of the print edition won’t be there until next Friday (boo!).

Good luck, everybody and have a great weekend!

Best,

-Scott

P.S. Today on my scottkelby.com blog I did an article on five portrait/fashion photographers you should be following on Instagram, and I launched a new Instagram account just for my own portrait/fashion photography – scottkelbyphoto. Virtually nobody knows it, so nobody’s following me there. Maybe you could give me a follow? Many thanks in advance. 🙂

    Hey Scott,

It’s great that this is now updated for Lightroom (ahem) Classic. The format and easy to follow instructions of the other books in this series are great.

The more LR improves, along with your insight into its use, the more my finished photos amaze me. I have been saying for two years I’m going to cut the cord and move to PS, but I find LR gives 95% of what I need. Thank yiu for offering this giveaway Scott.

I have several books of yours, from Elements to LightRoom, and Photoshop now. Always enjoy them and the best part is that they have made me a better interpreter of the images I see. I own the first edition. Should I win the second edition, I‘ll do my own giveaway from the first one.

    Happy shooting

Although I’ve never read one of your books, I’ve read many of your posts online and listened to many of your podcasts. Each time, I walk away with something valuable – and sometimes it’s not a new skill or “how-to-do” something. Thank you, Mr. Kelby, for adding to my “toolbelt”.

  91. Dan DeRyckere 24 August, 2018 at 12:31 Reply

You, your books, and KelbyOne have helped me become a better artist. Scott, thanks for all you and your team do.

  92. Jennipha Porter 24 August, 2018 at 12:26 Reply

Scott here’s a New Zealand entry. Your books are my ‘go to’ for ‘how to’. this would go well with ny others.

Your Photoshop CC Book has changed my work for the better, and I know this new book will do the same. Free would be nice, but I will own it one way or another. Thanks!

Your work and training products have helped immensely with how I go about my photography but my editing work is a strugle at the minute. No doubt this book will also be of benefit. Keep up the great work.

You’re awesome to do this – but of course you already knew that! I have the PS Version of this book and love ❤️ it!

Hi, thanks for the opportunity to win your book. I feel like I’ve plateaued for a while with Lightroom and because other priorities have taken precedence in my life over my hobbies and interests I need a jolt into action. Even if I don’t win, your tips and hints always get me over to try something that maybe I wouldn’t have otherwise. Thank you!

  98. Scott Singer 24 August, 2018 at 12:07 Reply

From one Scott to another thanks for everything you do. Each time I see a video or read something you post I believe it makes me better at what I am trying to do. I know I still have a long way to be a better photographer and photo editor (hobby) but I am a lot better now at both thanks to you and KelbyOne.

Would love a copy of your new book – I discover something new everyday in LR… and I just took my copy of the photo recipes to Summer Camp last month and the photography merit badge class heard all about it.

    and… Thank You Scott!

Lighrtoom (Camera Chiara in italian): a perfect name for the most used developing and archiving software. It’s been love at the first sight, since the first release.
Scott Kelby: a wordwide and well-known name for one of the most important experts of this software.
    For me, a semi-pro photographer, it’s a perfect combo: I can’t ask more.

  107. Steven Gotz 24 August, 2018 at 11:39 Reply

There is always something new to learn in Lightroom, so I would enjoy having a copy of this latest book. There is not much room left on the shelf dedicated to Kelby books, but I think I could squeeze one more on if I were to win one.

    Thanks for the consideration Scott.

  142. Bob Connelly 24 August, 2018 at 04:41 Reply

Lightroom Killer Video Tips are Great, but instructional books are just as good, even better, when us snappers get to a certain age, trying to keep up with an on screen video and make the suggested alterations to your image as the video plays along, gets tricky, pause, start again, pause 🙂 start again, but hey, keep them coming. A big thanks.

Your teachings are always many thousands of miles from us here in Australia and because of that, we miss out. We live in a land of wonder “downunder” and a little bit of gratis is always received with good Aussie gratification. So a free book would be welcomed with a fairdinkum slap on the back, to you, and also come with a huge “thanks mate”.
