I love all these presets other people share. Some of them I have no clue how to begin even? Well, sooner or later I will learned that to,
But for now I most of all wonder – is there any way to use the presets to use alter the photo from “my” settings? A lot of presets change WB to camera. Other overwrites other presets (some times I want to use both vignette and softness…).
Hopefully you understand my question and hopefully you say “Hey, no problem man, you just do like this….”
yeah man its simple u just do it like this
update your preset by right clicking on it and tick off thing you don’t want to be overwritten by another preset.
Hi Jack, can you explain what you mean by this? I’m curious too. When I right-click on the name of a Preset in the Presets panel, I don’t get any indication of how it works (e.g. what settings it affects) or how to make some minor tweaks to the preset itself.
Thanks Matt. These are perfect for the winter we’re having over here in the England at the moment.
To you and yours, have a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.

Thanks for sharing, great preset. Now off to find some winter shots and make them sparkle with this preset.
Thanks, Matt, for another awesome addition to my presets catalogue
Always love playing with your presets. Thank you, and have a Merry Christmas.
Hi Matt. Big apologies for asking an off topic question… but, can you help me with publishing a slideshow, made in lightroom and published with iWeb to my main site? Doesn’t seem to want to work. I can give you details through email if you prefer.
Many, many thanks.
Mike
Matt, these are really great presets – they work really well on loads of images. Personally, I think they’d be even better without the sharpening and the vignetting, which I’m not sure are relevant to the ice cold thing. It’s easy enough to tweak and update the preset though. Thanks again.
Hi Matt. Thanks for sharing all these presets with us. I just found your blog and appreciate all this great info! Do you happen to have a preset or tutorial on how to create passport photos in LR3? Thanks again.
Thanks Matt!
Thanks for the presets, Matt. Being from the Tampa region I thought I’d share another way to pull off the “ice cold” look. Visit Wisconsin this time of year
. Here’s an “ice cold” shot I grabbed on my way to work the other day… http://blog.kenschramphotography.com/2010/12/winter-fog.html

Thanks for the presets, Matt.
Sugestion:
When you post a preset, you could write witch sliders were modified to acomplish the desired effect.
i.e.
Exposure +0.5
Saturation -25
Contrast +80
and so on…
Thanks for the presets. And even more, thank you for explaining how to import them!
Super cool! Among my favorite presets are the new ones from http://ahwhat.com
