W brings up the White balance picker (in english/US version/keyboards anyway)…
W will drop the picker if it’s active too.
Along with the display in the navigator window, you can see the pixels the picker is actually considering by turning on “loupe” in the toolbar under the image… if you don’t see a toolbar, press “T”…
