Lightroom Magazine Issue #6 Is Available!

Hey everyone. The brand new issue of Lightroom Magazine is available on the App store for download. Below is an image of the cover and table of contents for the issue so you can check it out. Also, if you haven’t seen the magazine yet, we do have a free issue on the App store so make sure you stop in and download it.

i subscribed to lightroom magazine on my iPad thru the App Store. I was able to download the first issue but none of the others in spite of the fact that my account was charged $49.99. Any suggestions?

Hey, thanks for publishing this, I cant wait to read the magazine but cant view it on PC? iPhone too small to read it, is this an iPad and apple only magazine or can a pdf version be accessed anywhere?

Is Lightroom Magazine finished? I noticed there has not been a new issue since the October issue and all chatter about it has stopped. It would be a shame.

Hey Ron. Nope. Just behind with the holidays and the whole company merging in to KelbyOne. There’s a new issue that’s done, just waiting for submission on the Apple store.

Are there any ideas of also making this available through other media than the app store. I don’t own Apple hardware.
It’s always kind of strange to me that so many things are only offered in the app store. You would think with the current market share of the other OS’s it would be very profitable to also put it in there?

Anyway, hope it becomes available on Android or W8 soon. Seems like a nice read!

I too would like to be able to load the Lightroom magazine onto my Kindle Fire. Please remember us poor people who are apple-less in Indianapolis.

I agree with Lowal. Not that I need a “clean” iPad, but the sheer number of apps that start accumulating (and Mbs stored) is not user friendly.

As soon as the mag is available in Newsstand I will buy it, even subscribe. But I hate the fact that I have all my magazines in there but have to start another app to read this one. I have a very clean “desktop” on my iPad… 🙂

Yeah, actually I have both the free issue and one I bought. But I have _all_ issues of Light It. See my point? 🙂 I wish you all luck with the mag, I know I read somewhere you said newsstand brought a bunch of issues with it (hey! no pun intended). I just hope you iron those out at some point and I’ll be the first to subscribe!

hi – i can’t find this answer anywhere, can you tell me if your lightroom 4 presets will work for lightroom 5? do you have a link to only lightroom 5 presets if not?

    Thanks!

Matt I really like the magazine but in the 2 page format it is really hard to read without zooming out. Have you ever thought of modifying the layout so it is single page view. I know the 2 page view wouldn’t be a problem on my 30″ monitor but on my iPad it is definitely too small for good reading.
