  Thanks for this, Matt!

  My alltime favourite in the develop module is “>” (on PC) to toggle between “before” and “after” view without having both versions on screen at the same time. To me changes like vignetting become more obvious this way…

  I would like to see a keyboard shortcut to “All Photographs”. Say I”m working in Develop or Grid and want a quick return to All Photographs.

  Is there a shortcut to return from that Full Screen, hide all panels shortcut? Cmd-Shift-F works well going, but coming back seems to take several steps.

  In Windows, I find Ctrl-Alt-Del a nice shortcut for a lot of things.

  Does anyone know a shortcut to remove color labels? You can remove the star ratings by pressing 0, but I don’t know how to make the color labels go back to NONE.

  to color labels: press 6 for red and the pic is labeled and again a 6, and it is not labeled anymore, this works with my version (2.4)

  i also like the “l” (like in light) to see the pic with a neutral background
  press once “l”, the background is grayed out
  press twice”l”, the background is black
  press three time “l”, back to normal
  works in all modes, like grid, single pic …

  My favorite is on PC… “CTRL + /”

  This one shows all the shortcuts when pressed on the module you are working on.

  I recently saw a Lightroom video and the developer talked about a cool keyboard shortcut that didn’t make it into the documentation:

  When painting with the Adjustment Brush:
  Lower case o: toggles visibility of the brush / the effect.
  Capital O: toggle between showing the effect, showing the brush strokes in red, green, and some sort of brightness mode.

  First press lower case o to show the brush, then capital O to change the visibility of the brush strokes.

  One of my recent found shortcuts that is NOT in the listing is the one for setting keywords for the pics. It is Ctrl+k and brings you directly to the keyword input. It saves me much time, because I can stay on the keyboard while keywording. Never read it here…

  Andrea, thanks for the hint about the color labels, it works perfectly.

  For those of you with an IPhone, there is an app “LRKEYS” which uses multiple choice questions to reinforce shortcuts. It’s fun and only 99 cents.

  Andrea and Freddi,

  Add ‘Shift’ and the ‘l’ toggles in the opposite direction. So ‘l’ goes to gray and ‘L’ will go back to normal. Shortcut for shortcuts! And +1 for LRKEYS

  I accidently pressed the N key (german version – english is C). You all know the compare view to show multiple images at once and find out which one you want to be a keeper. If you only select one image at a time, you can use this mode to have a nice blend effect when you go through your images.

  Are there any shortcuts to for any quick develop settings in Library mode? I want to be able to use arrow keys to quickly move through a collection and adjust with keyboard only.

  I just found what I was looking for. In develop mode, the comma and period keys cycle through the basic settings so you can use the left/right bracket key to adjust the value.
